????,Fried Rice with Minced Pork and Egg (253)
We never have such experience that temperature is less than 13C in early of September. Normally in BJ, September is almost the hottest month of a year. What's the result? We want to eat and eat and eat, which is definitely not a good 8:30pm habit.
But we were really hungry, so did not think too much, just went ahead anyway to stir fry rice and vegetable, minced pork and egg together which are actually the left fillings of wonton I made this afternoon - emm, why didn't we eat wonton directly? was that simpler?
Malay-style Tomato Rice
Tomato rice served with acar (Malaysian pickle) and spicy chicken. The piquant spices definitely help to increase the appetite. Such a great Malay food!
Bought from a Malay stall at Subang Jaya Night Market.
